The role is field-based with up to 80% travel in the sales territory around Düsseldorf, Dortmund, and Essen using a company car, including occasional overnight stays, and the remaining time in home office depending on weekly planning.
Candidates need at least 1 year of sales experience with products requiring explanation, experience building long-term customer relationships and generating new business, communication skills, creativity, flexibility, entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, solution orientation, excellent organizational skills, a valid class B driver's license, negotiation-level German, and good English skills.
Preferred qualifications include sales experience in orthopedics, trauma surgery, or neurosurgery, a degree in medical technology, physiotherapy, health management, engineering, or business sciences, industry knowledge in medical technology such as OTA, and experience dealing with C-suite executives.
The position is initially limited to 24 months.
Strong candidates will highlight at least 1 year of sales experience with complex products, proven customer relationship building, and preferably background in orthopedics, neurosurgery, or medical technology, along with a relevant degree and C-suite interaction experience.
