Responsibilities

  • Taking over sales activities for innovative visualization products in endoscopy after intensive onboarding
  • Managing operational and strategic aspects of your sales territory in the greater Kassel, Paderborn, Fulda area
  • Conducting targeted new customer acquisition and supporting existing customers in product application
  • Implementing marketing and sales strategies in collaboration with management, based on your market analysis
  • Leading negotiations with operating room management, chief physicians, clinic administrations, and purchasing departments
  • Preparing and processing needs-based customer orders and ensuring timely order fulfillment for high customer satisfaction
  • Advising and training medical and nursing staff on product use, e.g., in operating rooms or workshops
  • Participating in internal meetings to expand professional knowledge, as well as trade fairs, congresses, and business meetings to identify potential new customers and strengthen existing relationships
