  • Vertrieb & Neukundenakquise: Aufbau neuer Kundenbeziehungen bei Kassenärztlichen Vereinigungen und Krankenhäusern
  • Bestandskundenentwicklung: Ausbau bestehender Kunden in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Customer Management
  • Strategische Marktentwicklung: Sales-Planung, Pipeline-Management (Salesforce) und Zielerreichung
  • Ausschreibungsmanagement: Steuerung des gesamten Tender-Prozesses (Go/No-Go, Angebotsabgabe)
  • Innovationstreiber: Impulse für neue Produkte und Weiterentwicklungen
  • Customer Lifecycle Management: Verantwortung für die gesamte Kundenbeziehung
  • Qualitätssicherung: Prüfung und Freigabe von Kundenunterlagen
  • Stakeholder- & Schnittstellenmanagement: Aufbau und Pflege relevanter Netzwerke intern und extern
