Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Sales Executive (preferred), with at least 2 years in ad tech/programmatic space and a strong track record of pipeline development and meeting sales quotas
  • Strong client relationships, particularly with Brands and Agencies in CPG, QSR, Insurance, Retail & Pharma verticals
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to articulate ideas that create material value for customers
  • Understanding of the adtech + mobile app ecosystem, including mobile applications, advertising, and measurement
  • Self-starter with energy, drive, and discipline to manage pipeline and ensure quality outputs across sales enablement tools
  • Learner mindset, demonstrating development of new skills or learning new areas of business
  • Comfortable selling into large matrixed organizations and gaining instant credibility
  • Local to the posting location (hybrid work environment)

Responsibilities

  • Build a pipeline and close new business with the largest app platforms, focusing on new revenue generation via Agencies and Brands in CPG, QSR, Insurance, Retail & Pharma verticals
  • Sell Managed, Programmatic, and Mobile On-Device solutions
  • Develop complete mastery of Digital Turbine’s pitch, products, and the wider app advertising industry
  • Identify, target, and acquire new clients via Brand and Agency relationships
  • Drive new revenue and meet quarterly revenue targets as set by management
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams from Sales, Client Services, and Technical Account Management
  • Learn clients’ businesses and match with deep understanding of Digital Turbine solutions to make best recommendations
  • Gather and share information for potential improvements and changes to the product roadmap during planning cycles
  • Craft proposals that showcase analytical rigor and strategic sales abilities
  • Work with internal platform and supply stakeholders to connect needs of various customer constituencies
