As a Vendor Project Manager, you will provide leadership to Welocalize employees working onsite with clients, serving as a liaison between Welocalize and the client to meet their needs. You will coordinate testing efforts, schedule resources, collaborate with project managers and testers, establish tracking processes, manage onboarding for new candidates, provide training and guidance, gather feedback, and report on team performance and client feedback. Additionally, you will work with client company managers and producers to improve localization processes, devise plans of action, schedule meetings, promote team-building, ensure employee safety, and assist project managers and producers on various tasks.
