Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals
Maintain a commitment to the company’s sales processes, values, and business ethics
Retrieve or receive merchandise for customers accurately and appropriately
Wrap or bag customer merchandise, personally carrying the bag to the counter
Assist with proper product placement and follow marketing and visual merchandising standards
Tag, mark, or price merchandise
Communicate professionally with customers, answering questions and sharing product features and benefits
Comply with policies and procedures at all times
Close with store recovery during shift and prepare for the next day
Clean shelves, counters, tables, and floors, and the store in general
