Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals
Maintain commitment to company sales processes, values, and business ethics
Properly receive and process customer merchandise
Personally hand-deliver bags of merchandise to the checkout counter
Ensure correct product placement and adhere to marketing and visual merchandising standards
Tag, mark, or price merchandise
Communicate professionally with customers, answering questions and highlighting product features and benefits
Comply with all policies and procedures
Complete store recovery during shift and prepare for the next day
Clean shelves, counters, tables, and floors to maintain store cleanliness
