Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals
Maintain a commitment to the company's sales processes, values, and business ethics
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Bag and hand customers their purchases at the checkout
Ensure proper product placement and adhere to marketing and visual presentation standards
Label, tag, and price merchandise
Communicate professionally with customers, answering questions and highlighting product features and benefits
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Close down the store at the end of the shift and prepare it for the next day
Maintain store cleanliness by tidying shelves, counters, tables, and floors
