Complete Secondary Education

Availability to work 48 rotating hours per week, Monday to Sunday, with one rotating day off

Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals
Maintain commitment to the company's sales processes, values, and business ethics code
Recover or receive merchandise for customers appropriately and accurately
Wrap or bag customer merchandise; personally carry each bag to the counter to hand to the customer
Assist with correct product placement and properly execute marketing and visual presentation standards and guidelines
Label, mark, or price merchandise
Communicate professionally and interact with customers by answering questions and sharing product features and benefits
Comply with policies and procedures at all times
Complete store recovery during the shift and at closing to prepare for the next day
Clean shelves, counters, tables, floors, and the store in general
