Responsibilities

Drive sales through excellent customer service
Act as a product expert and Skechers brand ambassador, using this knowledge to guide customers to the right product selection
Ensure inventory levels on the sales floor are correct and maintain good condition in terms of merchandising, storage, and cleanliness, always aiming to provide customers with a top-level shopping experience
Efficiently process customer transactions, discounts, etc., at the point of sale
Accept returns professionally and offer exchanges or alternatives whenever possible, striving to always maintain an optimal relationship with the customer
