Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide all customers with excellent service by advising on products to elevate the consumer experience, using best customer service practices
  • Act as a proud brand ambassador by providing customers with information on current product features and benefits
  • Foster customer loyalty through high-quality interactions aimed at increasing brand engagement and sales conversion
  • Ensure all products are displayed well according to the company's Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines
  • Assist with stock management and product deliveries
  • Maintain an excellent appearance of the store facilities
  • Demonstrate a desire to learn and take advantage of all opportunities to drive personal development and improve performance
  • Maintain a positive work environment and communication with all levels of management and staff
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed and suggest improvements
