Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in value engineering, management consulting, presales, business analysis, or a related field
  • Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; ability to analyze and visualize complex data sets
  • Understanding of SaaS business models—bonus if you have exposure to the Learning & Development space
  • CPA

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales Executives to lead value engineering engagements throughout the sales cycle
  • Facilitate workshops with prospects to uncover business drivers, inefficiencies, and performance gaps
  • Prepare and present tailored value propositions and business cases that align with customer goals
  • Join Customer Success Managers in QBRs to track implementation success and validate ROI
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients—translating business needs into clear economic impact
  • Build and maintain ROI models to quantify the business case for Docebo, rooted in a deep understanding of the customer’s processes and constraints
  • Present actionable insights and data stories to support purchasing decisions and renewals
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align messaging and ensure consistency across the customer lifecycle
  • Contribute to scalable value engineering assets, including case studies, frameworks, templates, and internal training
  • Play a key role in shaping Docebo’s value narrative by gathering insights from customer conversations and market trends
  • Stay current with value selling methodologies, ROI storytelling techniques, and the evolving needs of learning & development buyers
  • Help evolve the value engineering function at Docebo as we scale—bringing new ideas, tools, and perspectives to the team
