Requirements

  • Experience in UX Research or early career candidates with good placement experience in human factors
  • Experience working with a subset of UX research methods, such as usability testing, interviews, surveys, card sorting, workshops, and more
  • Demonstrable understanding of the nuances of researching in different contexts (remote / in person / unmoderated / moderated)
  • B2B or professional services background
  • Strong foundation of core research methods and growing skills in both qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Ability to identify and apply research frameworks, navigate basic research operations
  • Familiarity with tools like Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey or similar
  • Drive to grow while contributing to inclusive, impactful user research

Responsibilities

  • Developing the ability to organise and execute research
  • Working with stakeholders to understand research questions and ensure that the research is aligned with business needs and objectives
  • Exploring data from analytics packages, customer insight or other sources to understand context of research work
  • Combining different types of data into coherent findings and making recommendations
  • Observing users and formulating relevant use cases to ensure that the product design meets user expectations and requirements
  • Using data to focus research efforts and confirm key metrics to drive strategic decisions
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to uncover valuable insights
  • Co-leading problem exploration and contributing to workshops and strategic initiatives
