Requirements

Experience in UX Research or early career candidates with good placement experience in human factors
Experience working with a subset of UX research methods, such as usability testing, interviews, surveys, card sorting, workshops, and more
Demonstrable understanding of the nuances of researching in different contexts (remote / in person / unmoderated / moderated)
B2B or professional services background
Strong foundation of core research methods and growing skills in both qualitative and quantitative analysis
Ability to identify and apply research frameworks, navigate basic research operations
Familiarity with tools like Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey or similar
Drive to grow while contributing to inclusive, impactful user research

Responsibilities

Developing the ability to organise and execute research
Working with stakeholders to understand research questions and ensure that the research is aligned with business needs and objectives
Exploring data from analytics packages, customer insight or other sources to understand context of research work
Combining different types of data into coherent findings and making recommendations
Observing users and formulating relevant use cases to ensure that the product design meets user expectations and requirements
Using data to focus research efforts and confirm key metrics to drive strategic decisions
Partnering with cross-functional teams to uncover valuable insights
Co-leading problem exploration and contributing to workshops and strategic initiatives
