Requirements

  • 9+ years of UX design experience working on complex web applications and websites
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in interaction design, multimedia design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Deep expertise in Figma
  • A big-picture view of the entire user journey — from beginning to end
  • A strong eye for detail and craftsmanship in design
  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Drive global UX strategy and guide product design together with three high performing UX specialists
  • Design and enhance the shipping experience across various digital products
  • Deliver and iterate on high-quality UX designs as a key member of one or more dedicated, cross-functional product teams
  • Contribute to the growth vision and help define the right strategies
  • Increase adoption and usage by exploring strategic themes such as Onboarding (for both new and existing customers), Support, Automation, Personalization, and Monetization (cross- and upsell)
  • Work closely with other teams and their UX designers to build the optimal shipping and platform experience for all customers
  • Create experience visions, concepts, and detailed designs for scalable web solutions
  • Translate designs into implementation with product, business, and IT partners
  • Iterate on existing solutions to identify opportunities for increased user and business value
  • Learn new tools, methods, and approaches
  • Design high-fidelity prototypes and test them with users
  • Quickly refine and iterate on design ideas
