Requirements

Responsibilities

The UX Researcher will plan and execute user research studies to uncover insights that drive product decisions, conduct usability testing, interviews, and surveys to understand user behaviors and pain points, synthesize research findings into clear, actionable recommendations for the design and product teams, collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to incorporate research insights into the product development process, leverage analytics tools, heatmaps, and session recordings to validate qualitative findings, and advocate for inclusive and accessible design solutions based on user research, while also maintaining and managing research repositories for knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
