Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, along with a Master’s degree preferred. They must have 8+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, and a strong understanding of design systems and platform design. Experience with cloud-based platforms and data management tools is highly desirable.
As a Lead UX Designer, you will collaborate with technology, product, and business teams to identify customer and business needs and translate them into intuitive digital experiences. You will also translate complex ideas into understandable concepts, engage in portfolio prioritization to set strategy and product roadmaps, and advocate for user needs while delivering world-class products that enhance the product experience.
