Requirements

Candidates should possess 8+ years of experience in product management, managing software products through the full lifecycle from MVP to general release, and a demonstrated ability to work in a hyper-growth, customer-obsessed organization. Experience with CAD, ML, and full-stack engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

As a Principal Product Manager, you will define and execute the product vision for Dandy’s design systems, setting a long-term direction aligned with company priorities and customer needs. You will partner with engineering and design teams to deliver scalable tools, conduct customer discovery and market research, drive cross-functional alignment, manage the product lifecycle, and use data to measure impact and refine the product direction. Additionally, you will interface with third-party vendors and partners as needed.
