Requirements

Candidates should possess a BA/BS degree in industrial design, HCI, interaction design, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience. A minimum of 3 years of experience in product, web, mobile, and interaction design is required, along with a portfolio showcasing modern digital product design abilities. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential, as are superior planning skills and strong aesthetic judgment. A thorough understanding of the design process, including research, workflow development, prototyping, and testing, is necessary, along with proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Suite. A Master's degree in a related field and fluency in information architecture are advantageous.

Responsibilities

The UX Designer will translate business requirements and customer insights into wireframes, prototypes, and UI specifications to design intuitive, user-centered interfaces. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define interaction flows, visual design, and brand experience, while managing design reviews and presenting to stakeholders. Responsibilities include contributing to the design of useful, usable, and desirable user interfaces, creating user-centered designs based on market analysis and customer feedback, and contributing to brand experience and visual communication. The role involves developing conceptual diagrams, visual mockups, click-throughs, and prototypes, and maintaining detailed user-interface specifications and design patterns.
