Requirements

Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience as a UX Designer or UX Strategist, preferably in a SaaS or web/app environment, with a proven track record of designing digital products end-to-end. Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and prototyping, is required, along with a deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability testing. Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

The User Experience Designer will conduct user research, including interviews, and construct user personas and flow diagrams. They will create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI mockups, presenting design concepts to stakeholders. Responsibilities also include analyzing user feedback and data to inform design iterations, collaborating with product managers and developers for feasibility and alignment, and documenting finalized designs for development and QA teams.
