Responsibilities

The UX Content Strategist will develop cohesive content strategies and write UX copy for consumer journeys spanning web, mobile app, email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages, helping to build trust and make healthcare more accessible. They will participate in user research, apply findings to improve copy effectiveness, contribute to touchpoint mapping, define messaging hierarchies, and collaborate with designers to ensure seamless content and UI integration. The role also involves ensuring content meets patient and caregiver needs, balancing clinical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and brand voice, supporting A/B testing plans, and documenting content frameworks and playbooks for stakeholder handoff. Finally, they will present work to internal and client teams, gathering feedback and adjusting deliverables as needed.
