The User Success Lead will forge and maintain high-impact relationships with ecosystem partners, conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities, and establish training programs for cross-functional teams. They will partner with the product team to create a user feedback loop and guide the feature development roadmap while refining positioning strategies for diverse market segments.
