Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in mobile gaming user acquisition and expertise in setting up Meta campaigns. Familiarity with Google Ads, TikTok, Unity Ads, IronSource, AppLovin, and other ad platforms is expected, along with experience using MMPs like Adjust and Appsflyer for campaign setup and analysis. Experience with creative strategy for UA and strong written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary. The ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth gaming environment is also required.
The User Acquisition Specialist will set up and run art tests and test market campaigns, analyzing results and communicating them to developers for product improvement. They will execute global user acquisition post-launch strategies across various paid channels, optimize ad spend allocation to maximize ROAS, and design, launch, and scale campaigns with A/B testing and creative iteration. This role involves partnering with product, data, and creative teams to align campaigns with in-game KPIs and player lifecycle, and staying updated on industry trends and new tools.
