Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales in the Vision Center by managing merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, instock/inventory, budgeting, forecasting, and assessing trends/needs
  • Model, enforce, and guide Associates on Customer/Member service to resolve issues per company standards
  • Oversee and participate in community outreach programs, encouraging Associate involvement
  • Ensure compliance with policies/regulations by analyzing reports, implementing controls, overseeing reviews, developing action plans, and directing Associates on programs/initiatives/confidentiality
  • Provide supervision/development for Associates: hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognition, promoting belonging
  • Ensure quality eyewear by consulting/educating Members/Customers, selecting products, measurements, prescription verification, confidentiality, minor repairs, equipment maintenance
  • Uphold Open Door Policy: meet with Associates, listen to concerns, research/review policies, suggest resolutions
