Requirements

  • Ability to drive sales through effective merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, instock/inventory levels, budgeting, forecasting, and assessing economic trends/community needs

  • Proficiency in upholding Open Door Policy: meeting with Associates, listening to concerns, researching issues, reviewing policies, and suggesting resolutions
  • Ability to coordinate/complete/oversee job-related activities: developing stakeholder relationships, supporting plans/initiatives, communicating goals, building accountability, measuring progress, addressing improvements, demonstrating adaptability, and promoting continuous learning

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales in the Vision Center through merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, instock/inventory, budgeting, forecasting, and assessing trends/needs
  • Model, enforce, and guide Associates on Customer/Member service to resolve issues within guidelines
  • Oversee and participate in community outreach programs, encouraging Associate involvement
  • Ensure compliance with policies/regulations: analyze reports, implement/monitor controls, oversee reviews, develop action plans, execute programs/initiatives, and maintain confidentiality
  • Provide supervision/development for Associates: hire, train, mentor, assign duties, recognize, and promote belonging
  • Provide quality eyewear services: consult/educate Members/Customers, select products, measure/verify prescriptions, maintain confidentiality, repair frames, and maintain equipment
  • Uphold Open Door Policy by engaging Associates, researching concerns, and suggesting resolutions
  • Coordinate/oversee activities: build stakeholder relationships, support initiatives, set/communicate goals, measure progress, address improvements, and promote learning
  • Implement action plans for policies, support mission/values/ethics, and apply in business processes
