Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in a retail management role, with a preference for experience in optical or vision care. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills are essential, along with the ability to analyze sales data and manage budgets.
The Vision Center Manager will drive sales through merchandise presentation, pricing, and inventory management, while also modeling and enforcing customer service standards. They will oversee community outreach programs, ensure compliance with company and legal policies, provide supervision and development for Associates, and maintain quality eyewear standards by consulting with Members/Customers and performing minor frame repair. Furthermore, they will coordinate job-related activities, uphold the Open Door Policy, and ensure adherence to company values and ethics.
