Responsibilities

  • Direct the management team and associates in facility operations, merchandising, and company direction
  • Provide ongoing recruitment, hiring, training, mentoring, succession planning, performance evaluation, and fostering belonging
  • Meet with associates, listen to concerns, research issues, leverage resources, and ensure consistent responsiveness and resolution
  • Ensure compliance by responding to issues, holding associates accountable, analyzing reports, implementing controls, and overseeing safety/operational reviews
