Requirements

  • Drive and ensure financial performance of the facility, including budgeting and expense control
  • Participate in and lead community outreach programs, represent the company externally, and promote sustainability efforts
  • Direct facility operations, set service standards, develop merchandise presentation, and oversee safety and quality assurance
  • Provide supervision and development for management and hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and performance evaluations
  • Drive execution of multiple business plans and projects, including identifying needs, communicating priorities, and measuring performance
  • Promote company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity by training others and ensuring compliance
  • Evaluate ongoing effectiveness of plans and initiatives, solicit suggestions for improvements, and support community events
  • Build high-performing teams, embrace differences, and create a culture of belonging where associates feel supported
