Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Direct and guide management and hourly associates on customer service approaches and techniques
  • Ensure financial performance by achieving budgeted sales, wages, and expenses; assist store manager in expense control; create improvement plans and budgets
  • Participate in and lead community outreach programs; represent the company and promote sponsored events/sustainability efforts
  • Direct facility operations, set service standards, develop merchandise presentation, maintain inventory, ensure quality assurance, and oversee safety reviews
  • Provide supervision and development for management and associates through hiring, training, mentoring, recognition, delegation, and performance evaluations
  • Drive execution of business plans and projects by identifying needs, communicating priorities, providing resources, measuring progress, and adjusting performance
  • Promote a team-based work environment, belonging mindset, and opportunities for associates to thrive
  • Train and direct others on company policies/procedures; ensure compliance and utilize Open Door Policy
  • Evaluate and improve ongoing plans/programs/initiatives; support community outreach events
