  • Ensure financial performance by achieving budgeted sales, wages, and expenses, and implementing improvement plans
  • Participate in and lead community outreach programs, represent the company externally, and promote sustainability efforts
  • Direct facility operations, set service standards, develop merchandise presentation, maintain inventory, and oversee safety reviews
  • Provide supervision and development for management and associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and performance evaluations
  • Drive execution of business plans and projects by developing plans, removing obstacles, measuring progress, and adjusting performance
