Requirements

  • Identify customer/operational needs, develop/communicate business plans/priorities, remove barriers, provide resources, measure/adjust performance, develop contingency plans
  • Select/train/mentor associates, build team-based environment, establish performance expectations, conduct evaluations, provide recognition/rewards, coach for success, promote belonging mindset
