Responsibilities

  • Direct and guide management and hourly associates on customer service approaches by modeling excellence and ensuring resolutions within guidelines
  • Drive financial performance by confirming budgets, assisting in expense control, creating improvement plans, and forecasting budgets based on trends
  • Participate in community outreach, build relationships with key community individuals/groups, represent the company, and promote company programs and events
  • Direct facility operations by setting service standards, developing merchandise presentation, maintaining inventory, requesting merchandise, and overseeing safety and quality
  • Provide supervision and development for associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting expectations, recognizing performance, and developing staffing
  • Drive execution of business plans by identifying needs, communicating priorities, removing obstacles, measuring progress, and supporting learning
  • Supervise associates by selecting/training, building team environments, establishing performance expectations, evaluating performance, coaching, and promoting belonging
