Responsibilities

  • Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, ethics, and integrity by training/directing others, ensuring compliance, and utilizing the Open Door Policy
  • Ensure business needs are met by evaluating plans/programs/initiatives, consulting stakeholders, soliciting/applying suggestions for efficiency/cost-effectiveness, and participating in community outreach
  • Manage multiple projects by defining scope/objectives, establishing activities/deliverables/milestones/timelines, coordinating planning, assembling/tracking management plans, resolving issues, managing governance/resources/budgets, and delivering presentations/reports
  • Manage content management initiatives by evaluating/prioritizing requests, designing/developing/automating/maintaining tools/templates/resources, collaborating on intranet content, providing guidance on functionality/communication/quality, ensuring alignment with governance, auditing/tracking, and adapting methods
  • Manage processes/procedures by analyzing data to identify standards/workflows, assessing performance baselines, identifying/editing improvements, developing executable solutions with rollout plans, consulting cross-functionally, ensuring sustainability, and communicating changes for buy-in
