Requirements
- Follow all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling/disposing of hazardous materials, and Company steel standard guidelines

Responsibilities
- Develop and support Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting products/services, processing upgrades/credit accounts, participating in sales/marketing events, and meeting Membership goals
- Maintain facility safety by following standards, correcting/reporting unsafe situations to Management
- Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling/scanning/wrapping/palletizing items, ensuring accuracy of orders/invoices, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise
- Complete work assignments/priorities using policies/data/resources, collaborating with managers/coworkers/customers/partners, identifying priorities/deadlines, communicating progress, recommending improvements, and adapting to change/feedback
- Provide Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products/services
