  • Skills in supervising associates for ecommerce, including training, providing resources, assigning duties, feedback, communicating goals, and ensuring coverage at pickup locations
  • Capability to execute Sam's Club Pickup plan, update operations with KPIs, audit orders, ensure equipment readiness, monitor strategy and goals, tour club for performance evaluation, train associates, and develop/utilize metrics
  • Proficiency in supporting CPU efficiency projects using KPIs, leadership insight, modeling picking/loading, executing process improvements, identifying gaps, implementing solutions, and ensuring staffing
  • Member service skills: acknowledging members, identifying needs, guiding on self-service tech, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, promoting products/services
  • Maintenance skills for sales floor and merchandise: handling claims/returns, zoning, stocking/organizing, setting up displays, cleaning, removing damaged goods, signing/pricing, identifying shrink/damages, securing fragile/high-shrink items
  • Oversight of picking and staging club pickup orders per company policy
  • Ability to develop, communicate, and implement processes by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, partners; analyzing information, monitoring progress, identifying improvements

  • Support Sam's Club ecommerce plan by overseeing operations (e.g., Club Pick Up, Ship From Club), auditing feedback, resolving complaints, escalating issues, identifying trends/causes, and aiding solution implementation
  • Supervise associates in ecommerce programs by training/providing resources, assigning duties, feedback, goal communication, and ensuring pickup location coverage
  • Execute Sam's Club Pickup plan by updating operations with KPIs, auditing orders, ensuring equipment readiness, monitoring strategy/goals, touring club, training associates, evaluating performance/processes, and using metrics for effectiveness
