  • Ability to monitor food/merchandise quality, ensure product rotation, code dating, recalls, sanitation standards, merchandising categories, stocking, zoning, and cleaning departments
  • Capability to oversee picking/staging of club pick-up orders according to company policies
  • Skills in developing/communicating/implementing processes, collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing information, monitoring progress, and identifying improvements

Responsibilities

  • Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with self-service technology, purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products/services
  • Assist management in supervising associates: assign duties, communicate goals/feedback, train on processes, guide on member service, resolve complaints per guidelines, ensure policy compliance, support Open Door Policy, participate in recruiting/hiring/scheduling/promoting/coaching/evaluating
  • Receive/stock supplies/merchandise from distribution centers/vendors, organize/maintain sales floor using equipment, complete paperwork/logs/documentation per policies
  • Maintain facility safety: conduct sweeps, follow forklift/hazardous materials procedures, adhere to steel standards, correct/report unsafe situations
  • Ensure sales floor/merchandise maintenance: handle claims/returns, zone area, stock/arrange/organize merchandise, set up/clean displays, remove damaged goods, sign/price per policies, identify/secure shrink/damages
  • Monitor food/merchandise quality: enforce rotation, code dating, recalls, sanitation; merchandise/stock/zone/clean departments
  • Oversee picking/staging of club pick-up orders per company policies
  • Develop/communicate/implement processes/practices to meet business needs, collaborate with managers/coworkers/customers/partners, analyze/apply information, monitor progress, address improvements
