Requirements

  • Assists management with supervision, assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training associates, providing direction on member service, ensuring compliance, supporting Open Door Policy, and participating in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates
  • Communicates and supports membership by providing information on types, programs, and benefits, processing memberships/upgrades/credit accounts, encouraging renewals, participating in sales/marketing events, maintaining documentation, and meeting membership goals
  • Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, guiding on self-service technology, handling transactions, and filling club pick-up orders
  • Oversees assigned area by handling claims/returns, zoning, organizing merchandise, identifying shrink/damages, maintaining carts/flatbeds, assisting with transport, using cart retrieval equipment, and keeping parking lot clean
  • Completes accounting records, files transactions/documentation, follows procedures, provides register funds, creates/interprets financial reports, assists investigations, prepares deposits/Cash Fund Transfers, investigates overages/shortages, and maintains confidentiality/accuracy
  • Develops, communicates, and implements processes by collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing information, monitoring progress, and addressing improvements
  • Demonstrates, promotes, and supports compliance with policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity, using Open Door Policy, and assisting with corrections
  • Leads/participates in teams by sharing resources, determining needs/priorities, coordinating work, providing feedback/support, ensuring timelines/quality, and modeling adaptability
