  • Proficiency in completing accounting records, files, transactions, documentation; following accounting procedures; providing register funds; creating/interpreting financial reports; assisting investigations; preparing deposits/Cash Fund Transfers; investigating overages/shortages; maintaining confidentiality/accuracy of financial/personal info
  • Ability to develop, communicate, implement processes by collaborating with managers/co-workers/customers/partners, analyzing information, monitoring progress, and addressing improvements
  • Demonstrated promotion of compliance with policies, procedures, ethics/integrity through explaining, guiding, implementing action plans, using Open Door Policy, and assisting with corrections

  • Provides/ensures member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, guiding on self-service tech, assisting transactions at registers/self-checkout, filling club pick-up orders
  • Oversees assigned area by handling claims/returns, zoning, arranging/organizing merchandise, identifying shrink/damages, organizing/maintaining carts/flatbeds, assisting member transport, utilizing cart retrieval equipment per policies, maintaining parking lot cleanliness
