Requirements

  • Assists management with supervision, assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training associates, providing direction on member service, ensuring compliance, supporting Open Door Policy, and participating in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates
  • Communicates and supports membership by providing information on types, programs, and benefits, processing memberships/upgrades/credit accounts, encouraging renewals, participating in sales/marketing events, maintaining documentation, and meeting membership goals
  • Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, guiding on self-service technology, handling transactions, and filling club pick-up orders
  • Oversees area by handling claims/returns, zoning, arranging merchandise, identifying shrink/damages, maintaining carts/flatbeds, assisting with transport, using cart retrieval equipment, and keeping parking lot clean
  • Completes accounting tasks by following procedures, providing register funds, creating/interpreting financial reports, assisting investigations, preparing deposits/Cash Fund Transfers, investigating overages/shortages, and maintaining confidentiality/accuracy
  • Develops, communicates, and implements processes by collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing information, monitoring progress, and addressing improvements
  • Demonstrates compliance with policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity by guiding others, implementing action plans, using Open Door Policy, and assisting with corrections
  • Leads teams by sharing resources, determining needs/priorities, coordinating assignments, providing feedback/support, ensuring timelines/quality, and modeling adaptability
