Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, college, or military
Willingness to live or relocate to the Milwaukee, Appleton, or Green Bay area
People leadership ability with experience in hiring and developing talent
In-depth knowledge of a technical discipline

Responsibilities

Implement the service strategy for a specific site or local geographic area
Drive the achievement of operational and commercial business objectives
Lead and coach a mix of technical teams
Partner with the Market Service Director and local commercial account community
Serve as a point of contact for local critical customer issues
Develop strong internal and external relationships to improve outcomes
Establish and maintain contact to provide ongoing technical and business support to customers
Departmental operations planning/execution or focused execution of professional activities
Manage resources and logistics for service and maintenance activities
Execute policy/strategy using technical knowledge and analytical thinking
Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience
May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements
Convey performance expectations and handle sensitive issues
