Responsibilities

  • Ensure area of responsibility is maintained per company policies (handle returns, zone area, arrange/organize merchandise, identify shrink/damages)
  • Provide member service at exits (review receipts, acknowledge members, identify needs, assist with purchases/locating merchandise)
  • Maintain self-checkout area, resolve member issues, promote Sam's Club products/services, guide on self-service tech, process purchases/payments/returns/refunds/exchanges per policies
  • Secure/safeguard Sam's Club assets/property (observe/communicate criminal activity, maintain logs/documentation, execute emergency responses, comply with security/safety practices)
  • Train Member Frontline Service associates on processes/procedures, new technology/tools, program rollouts, provide continuous learning/improvement
  • Implement action plans using Open Door Policy, apply policies in business processes
  • Complete work assignments/priorities using policies/data/resources, collaborate with managers/coworkers/customers/partners, identify priorities/deadlines, communicate progress, recommend improvements, adapt to change/feedback
