Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Ensure staffing plans are forecasted sufficiently to meet business demands and implemented timely
  • Manage financial aspects for the facility by approving/tracking expenses vs. budget, monitoring asset utilization, and preparing/reviewing/analyzing business reports
  • Monitor and ensure facility-wide compliance with Logistics and company quality/safety standards, policies, procedures, and directives by developing/distributing/maintaining procedures and documentation
  • Ensure associate, customer, and supplier concerns are resolved by investigating and making fact-based decisions or consulting others
  • Serve as community liaison by participating in local/community organizations, charitable activities, and championing company-sponsored programs/events to associates, customers, and community
