Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop teams by teaching, touring stores, providing feedback, and communicating business objectives
  • Model exceptional customer service, manage initiatives, resolve complaints, and implement action plans
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards
  • Drive financial performance by managing P&L, budgeting, controlling expenses, and optimizing merchandise/inventory processes
  • Foster a culture of belonging, respect individual differences, and create opportunities for associates to thrive
