Requirements

  • Capability to drive financial performance by reviewing P&L statements, managing budgeting, forecasting, expense control, merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, operational processes, and action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales/profit goals
  • Experience in supervising and developing hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting expectations, providing recognition, ensuring belonging and inclusion, and recruiting to meet staffing needs
  • Ability to coordinate and oversee job-related activities by building stakeholder relationships, supporting plans/initiatives, setting goals, measuring progress, addressing improvements, demonstrating adaptability, and promoting continuous learning
  • Knowledge of company policies, procedures, mission, values, ethics, and integrity, with ability to implement action plans, utilize Open Door Policy, and provide guidance on business processes

  • Drive financial performance and sales by reviewing/evaluating P&L statements, managing/assisting in budgeting/forecasting/expense control, monitoring merchandise presentation/seasonal transitions/inventory flow/operational processes, and developing/implementing action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales/profit goals
  • Provide supervision/development for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting expectations, providing recognition, communicating consistently, ensuring belonging/inclusion, and recruiting/developing associates for staffing and growth
