Requirements

  • Capability to provide supervision and development for hourly associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting expectations, providing recognition, promoting a belonging mindset, and recruiting to meet staffing needs
  • Ability to coordinate job-related activities by developing stakeholder relationships, supporting plans and initiatives, identifying goals, building accountability, measuring progress, addressing improvements, demonstrating adaptability, and promoting continuous learning
