Requirements

  • Skills in supervising, hiring, training, mentoring associates, assigning duties, setting expectations, providing recognition, promoting belonging mindset, and recruiting for staffing needs
  • Ability to coordinate job-related activities, build stakeholder relationships, support plans/initiatives, set goals, measure progress, identify improvements, and demonstrate adaptability/continuous learning

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, listening, touring stores, providing feedback, and communicating on operations, initiatives, merchandising, and changes
  • Model exceptional customer service, support initiatives, resolve customer issues, develop action plans, and provide process improvement leadership
  • Drive financial performance and sales in designated store area through P&L review, budgeting, expense control, merchandise/inventory management, and action plans for shrink/sales goals
  • Provide supervision and development for hourly associates: hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting expectations, recognition, promoting belonging, and recruiting
  • Coordinate and oversee job-related activities, maintain stakeholder relationships, support customer/business needs, set/measure goals, address improvements, and promote learning
  • Ensure compliance with policies/procedures, support mission/values/ethics via action plans and Open Door Policy guidance
  • Build high-performing teams, embrace diversity, create belonging culture, collaborate effectively, attract/retain/develop talent, and recognize contributions
