Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop teams by touring stores, providing feedback, communicating store operations, and guiding business objectives
  • Model exceptional customer service, manage initiatives (e.g., store of the community, outreach), resolve issues, and implement action plans for high-quality experiences
  • Drive financial performance by reviewing P&L, managing budgets/forecasts/expenses, ensuring merchandise/inventory processes, and achieving sales/profit goals
  • Supervise and develop hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, duty assignment, recognition, and promoting belonging
  • Coordinate job-related activities, maintain stakeholder relationships, support plans/initiatives, set/communicate goals, measure progress, and address improvements
  • Ensure compliance with policies/procedures, support mission/values/ethics via action plans and Open Door Policy guidance
  • Build high-performing teams, embrace differences, create belonging culture, and provide thriving opportunities
