Responsibilities
- Lead and develop teams effectively by teaching, training, listening, touring stores, providing feedback, TourtoTeach, communicating/collaborating on operations/technology/initiatives/merchandising/company direction, leading change, providing expectations/guidance, implementing solutions, communicating objectives
- Model/demonstrate exceptional customer service via OBW, manage/support initiatives (e.g., store of the community, outreach), resolve customer issues, develop/implement action plans for deficiencies, provide process improvement for high-quality experience
- Drive financial performance/sales by reviewing P&L, managing budgeting/forecasting/expenses, monitoring merchandise presentation/seasonal transitions/inventory/operations, implementing action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales/profit goals
- Provide supervision/development for hourly associates: hire/train/mentor, assign duties, set expectations, recognize, communicate consistently, promote belonging, recruit/develop for staffing/growth
