Requirements

  • Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service, manage/support initiatives (e.g., community programs), resolve customer needs/complaints/issues, develop/implement action plans for deficiencies, and provide process improvement leadership
  • Drive financial performance and sales by reviewing P&L, managing budgeting/forecasting/expenses, ensuring merchandise presentation/seasonal transitions/inventory flow/operations, and developing action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve goals
  • Supervise and develop hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting expectations, providing recognition, communicating consistently, promoting belonging, and recruiting to meet staffing/growth needs
  • Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities/assignments, maintain stakeholder relationships, support customer/business plans/initiatives, identify/communicate goals, build accountability, measure progress, address improvements, demonstrate adaptability, and promote learning
