Requirements
- Communicates and explains Membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective Members
- Provides Customer/Member service by acknowledging Customers/Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products/services while maintaining a safe environment
- Maintains area of responsibility by cleaning and organizing the car wash/gas station area and ensuring accurate pricing signage
- Maintains the Gas Station/Car Wash area in accordance with Company policies by handling claims/returns, zoning the area, arranging/organizing merchandise/supplies, identifying shrink/damages, and ensuring a safe work environment
- Receives and stocks merchandise/supplies from distribution centers/suppliers, organizes and maintains facility by following procedures, utilizing equipment, merchandising, and completing/retaining paperwork/logs/documentation
- Operates equipment such as cash registers and related tools to process customer purchases using appropriate procedures for payment types and items
- Operates and maintains Gas Station/Car Wash area equipment and provides products/services in accordance with Company policies

Responsibilities
- Assist with account decisions, build Membership levels, encourage renewals, communicate credit card programs/applications, promote Sam's Club value
- Acknowledge/identify Customer/Member needs, assist purchasing, locate merchandise, resolve issues/concerns, promote products/services safely
- Clean/organize car wash/gas station area, ensure accurate pricing signage
- Handle claims/returns properly, zone area, arrange/organize merchandise/supplies, identify shrink/damages, ensure safe environment per policies
- Receive/stock merchandise/supplies, organize/maintain facility per procedures, use equipment appropriately, merchandise, complete/retain paperwork/logs
- Process customer purchases via cash registers/tools for various payments/items
- Operate/maintain Gas Station/Car Wash equipment, provide products/services per policies
