Requirements
- Ability to communicate and explain Membership types, programs, benefits, credit card programs, and application processes
- Skill in providing customer/member service, including acknowledging customers, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products/services
- Capability to maintain and clean the car wash/gas station area, ensure accurate pricing and signage, handle claims/returns, zone the area, organize merchandise/supplies, identify shrink/damages, and ensure a safe environment
- Proficiency in receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise/supplies from distribution centers/suppliers, utilizing equipment, merchandising, and completing paperwork/logs/documentation
- Ability to operate cash registers and related tools to process purchases for different payment types and items
- Competence in operating and maintaining gas station/car wash equipment

Responsibilities
- Communicate and explain Membership types, programs, benefits to assist account decisions, build membership, encourage renewals, promote Sam's Club products/services
- Provide customer/member service by acknowledging customers, identifying needs, assisting purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, promoting products/services, maintaining safe environment
- Maintain car wash/gas station area by cleaning, organizing, ensuring accurate pricing/signage
- Handle claims/returns, zone area, arrange/organize merchandise/supplies, identify shrink/damages, ensure safe work environment per company policies
- Receive/stock merchandise/supplies, organize facility, follow procedures, utilize equipment, merchandise, complete/retain paperwork/logs/documentation
- Operate cash registers/tools to process purchases using appropriate procedures
- Operate/maintain gas station/car wash equipment, provide products/services per company policies
- Work as team, build relationships, communicate to motivate, mentor/develop others, recognize contributions
